No – it’s acknowledging that creativity is a vital force in life and work, from taking photographs to drawing maps of your street or writing poetry about the effects of change happening. We know that people need training in business and IT skills – and they also need to meet their neighbours and colleagues, work together, develop personal and communications skills, and build a better city.
